BoardPulse

What We Do With Your Information

TL;DR: We use your answers to build your organization's capacity report. We share only combined, anonymous data with partners — never anything that identifies your organization. Your specific answers stay private, seen only by you and Consept.

When your organization uses BoardPulse, here's what happens with your info, in plain terms:

You answer questions about how your organization handles board governance, money management, fundraising, and tracking impact. We use those answers to build your capacity report — a snapshot of how you're doing, plus suggestions for what to work on.

We may share combined, anonymous data with funders, banks, researchers, and similar partners. Your organization's name is never part of that — it's blended in with other organizations' data.

We also keep your organization's tax ID (EIN) on file so that if you take the assessment again down the road, we can track how you've grown over time. This is used the same way: to spot patterns across many organizations, not to identify your organization in anything shared outside Consept.

Your specific answers and report stay private, visible only to your organization and the Consept staff who run BoardPulse.

If you want your organization left out of future combined reports, email alaramore@consept.org and we'll take care of it.

You have to agree to this to use BoardPulse. If you don't agree, you won't be able to access the assessment.
